C.W. Valdez was born and raised in Southern California. Her favorite genres are horror and romance, and if she has the chance to blend the two, even better. Whether it’s web novels, scripts, short stories, novellas, or full length novels, she’s happy to write whatever comes her way.
Valdez earned a BA from Chapman University in Sociology along with a MFA in Professional Fiction Writing from University of Denver. She credits both degrees to opening her world and finding the courage to pursue her passion professionally.
When she’s not writing, Valdez spends her time reading, playing video games, watching anime, or wandering around at the beach with her family and golden retriever.
