Bio
Having grown up on a dairy farm in Upstate New York, where she spent long hours playing outdoors with her brothers, Summer Hanford was an early aficionado of make-believe castles, quests and duels, as well as an avid reader of high fantasy. After trading farm work for a college education and laboratory work, Summer returned to her childhood dream of being an author.
Now, she writes full time and has published nearly thirty novels, over twenty short stories, and has earned multiple ‘Best Seller’ and ‘#1 New Release’ badges on amazon, both in the United States and around the world. Summer currently resides in Upstate New York with her husband, their adorable new shepherd mix, and three deliberately spoiled cats who have not yet learned to appreciate the puppy.
